2012 Downtown Plymouth Waterfront Festival Plymouth, Massachusetts

We are not accepting reservations for our 2012 Festival at this time.
To add your name to our vendor list for information regarding the
2012 Festival, please complete the form below. Past vendors are
already on our mailing list, you do not have to enter your
information again.
GENERAL CRAFTER INFORMATION:
* Payment IN FULL is required at time of reservation. No exceptions.
* Crafter Reservation Deadline is July 27, 2012.
* Crafters must provide their own tent/covering, tables, chairs, etc.
* Due to the popularity of the Festival, booths may not be "held" for any
reason.
* There is no electrical access provided. Please plan accordingly.
* Crafters MUST completely breakdown their display at the end of the day.
* Exhibitors MUST occupy their booth space for all hours of the Downtown
Plymouth Waterfront Festival.
* Set Up times and details will be provided after your reservation is complete.
* We do not limit the amount of vendors in each craft category. We DO LIMIT
food vendors.
BOOTH INFORMATION:
* Standard Booth Space Size : 10' x 10'
Standard Booth Spaces: $150
Corner Spaces: Additional $50
Plymouth Chamber Members may
deduct $50 from the Standard Booth
Space Cost.
FESTIVAL TIMES:
10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
August 25th
Rain Date is August 26th (if necessary)

BOOTH SELECTION FORMS:
New this year - REGISTERED crafters will be sent their Booth Selection Forms
as they register. Forms will no longer be sent in one group mailing in July. The
sooner you register, the sooner you can select your space at the Festival.
